Payment and Shipping

PAYMENT
Local prices include local tax.

Prices in Sterling/US Dollars are an estimate but can fluctuate with exchange rates. The exact amount will be calculated at time of order. International orders may be subject to taxes and duties in the country where the order originated. The responsibility for these rests with the customer.

Local orders may be paid for by EFT. Bank details will be advised at time of order.

For international orders, payment can be made by Paypal. Details will be advised at time of order.

SHIPPING
The cost of a courier delivery to your door is included for orders within South Africa.For international orders, we would use EMS courier service or a courier of your choice, and a quote will be given at time of enquiry. Items in stock will be shipped as soon as proof of payment is received.

INSURANCE
Flagship will insure the package during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you.

RETURNS
As a result of the details covered during the enquiry/order process, and as each handbag is individually made, there should be no necessity for any returns. If you wish to cancel an order, before the package is shipped, you will be refunded in full.

If however, you wish to return a handbag after receipt, for any reason please contact Flagship
Handbags to advise, and discuss exchange options or delivery instructions. If you wish to return the handbag after receipt, for reasons other than the goods being defective, it must be returned within 7 days in the original box, safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit, and in suitable condition for resale. Flagship is not responsible for reimbursing of shipping or handling costs at either end. Once it has been received in good order, a refund will be given for the equivalent amount received in SA Rands.

There are no returns or refunds on bespoke goods once work has started on them.

RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS
If the package is delivered in a visibly damaged condition, do not accept delivery. In the case of concealed damage, take a picture of the damage, maintain the original packaging, and advise Flagship Handbags immediately so that we may take the matter up with the relevant courier company. A replacement handbag will be sent to you as soon as possible, but it will have to be made to order
